There’s a new food festival in town and it's got wheels! Seattle’s Mobile Food Rodeo aims to be the premier showcase for mobile food cuisine in the Pacific Northwest. It rolls out more than 20 top food trucks with live music and entertainment for all ages on Saturday, September 17th at Interbay (1600 Armory Way) behind the Whole Foods Interbay location, located between Magnolia and Queen Anne, from 12-7pm. In the enterprising tradition that made our country great in the face of adversity, there’s a new breed of young “chef-preneurs” who won’t let the economy steal their glory.
Following the success of current popular mobile food festivals such as the LA Street Food Fest and Portland’s Eat Mobile, we round up some of the best street food wagons in the Seattle and Portland city limits; giving the public the opportunity to sample some of the most unique international flavors from some of today’s top mobile food trucks in the Northwest.
On the heels of recent legislation passed in Seattle that will allow mobile food vendors to operate easier and more effectively, combining their innovative culinary talents with new social media technologies, like Twitter, Facebook and smart phone apps, these young guns have hit the road to bring the new taste-of-the-West to a street corner near you.
Attendees can purchase tickets at Stranger Tickets starting August 8th at 9am. (www.strangertickets.com)

Yes, on short leash.
NOPE. Grab a few friends, your significant other and the kids to get your snack on, the more the merrier. Kids under 12 get in free.
The good news is we donate 10% of ticket sales to local food banks around the Seattle area to help keep people fed and nourished throughout the year. Every dollar you give us, helps us grow and find larger sponsors so we can keep the cost low and donate more money in the future to the community. #supportlocal
